Why is buying players always seen as the way forward? How many players has he bought already? What difference would one more make?

On paper we have a decent squad, whats maybe needed is some fresh blood when it comes to getting the best out of them, half tempted to say a new manager?? or maybe he needs to hire or fire some of the coaching staff, we keep showing signs of progress then it all falls in a heap.
Besides buying players in January never seems to work out that well, they either panic buy or overpay.

A more dynamic version of Noble, although i'd like to try playing Lanzini in a deeper playmaker role Modric style.

An upgrade on Noble would be good, but also should be a top class forward to replace Chicharito. We will be a bit fucked if Haller gets injured.

Agreed. Need to start looking at a more mobile and faster version of Noble.
I would also look for another striker.

We need a centre midfielder that can be box to box and have a goal threat or lay on a few assists

Giroud on loan till end of season with an option to buy and a central midfielder that is a combination of wheelchair and Noble.
